Why it made the Edit
- I have not personally used this particular collagen, so I am not presenting it as something I have road-tested.
- I do like Brain & Brawn as a brand based on other products I have used, and this collagen has the simple formulation I generally look for.
- Collagen peptides are rich in glycine and proline, amino acids that are common in connective tissues. Hydrolysed peptides are broken into smaller pieces and are easy to mix into everyday foods and drinks.
