About The Edit

A shorter list, with a reason for every product.

The Nutrition Edit is a curated product collection built to reduce the noise around supplements, ingredients, quality, and pricing.

Why The Edit exists

Supplement catalogues can be broad, repetitive, and difficult to compare. The Edit is intentionally smaller. Products earn a place because their ingredients, dose, format, evidence, practicality, and price make them useful options to consider.

The aim is not to stock everything. It is to make the reasoning visible: what is in the product, why it was selected, where its limitations sit, and what a fair customer price looks like.

The Nutrition Edit standard

What I look for

  • Transparent formulas Clear ingredient quantities and fewer unnecessary fillers.
  • Useful dosing A format and dose that make sense in real routines.
  • Traceable supply Established Australian suppliers and relevant ARTG checks for therapeutic goods.
  • Evidence with context Peer-reviewed research considered without overstating what a product can do.
  • Commercial fairness Transparent RRP comparisons and pricing that keeps the service viable.

Who is behind The Edit

Dave Blake

I created The Nutrition Edit alongside Dave Blake Nutrition. It grew from the product research I was already doing: comparing labels, practitioner suppliers, public pricing, evidence, and the products I personally use or rate.

I live in Teneriffe, which is why the local club starts here. The club is separate from personalised clinical care: joining or ordering does not make someone a nutrition client.

Interested in being part of The Edit?

I am open to hearing from local makers, roasters, practitioners, and aligned health businesses where the product or service is a strong fit for this community.

The bar stays deliberately high: transparent ingredients, sensible pricing, traceable supply, and a clear reason for inclusion.
